Scope of Work
- Initial Site Assessment
- Our team conducted a full survey of the building exterior to assess material types, identify problem areas and plan access requirement. Health and safety procedures were mapped out for working in a busy, central London location.
- Safety Setup & Access Management
- Safety barriers and warning signage were installed around the work area. Telescopic poles and reach-and-wash systems were prepared to avoid the need for scaffolding or MEWPs, ensuring minimal disruption to pedestrians and nearby businesses.
- Facade Cleaning
- Using purified water-fed poles, we cleaned the entire facade surface, removing accumulated dirt, airborne pollutants, and organic matter without damaging the modern cladding. Low-impact cleaning solutions were used on stubborn marks.
- Window Cleaning
- All windows were meticulously cleaned and detailed using professional glass equipment, leaving a streak-free, clear finish across the buildings glazing.
- Pavement & Ground-Level Jet Washing
- The surrounding pavement and base level of the building were jet washed to eliminate gum, grease, and general grime, improving the entrance area’s appearance and safety underfoot.
- Final Quality Check & Client Walkthrough
- A detailed inspection was carried out to ensure a uniform finish and client satisfaction. Any minor touch-ups wee completed before the area was cleared and all equipment removed.
